Maintenance Requests. Please click here if you have an issue in one of our buildings that needs to be resolved quickly. Please explain your request in detail so that the problem can be handled efficiently.
Temperature Issues. Please click here if your suite is too hot or cold. Include your suite number and address so that the temperature can be adjusted right away. We want you to be comfortable in your space and will be able to alleviate the problem immediately.
Tenant Referral Program. Click here if you know someone who may be looking for space at one of our buildings. If we lease space to someone that has been referred by a current tenant, then that tenant will receive $0.25 for every SF that is leased! (Example: 1,500 SF leased to a referral prospect, current tenant instantly makes $375)
